A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
PARATION 'OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGNATING ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS. re: Jefferson Street, et a1
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DIRECTING PRE-
(Proposed Assessment District No. 2-1965)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, thal
he said City Council proposes to cause to be improved in the City 01
arlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, the following
treets or public ways, to wit:
The construction of concrete sidewalks, combination concrete
urb and gutter, concrete cross gutters, drainage structures and
onduits, asphaltic concrete pavement with base and seal coat, pipe
andrail, embankment slope planting, asphaltic concrete berm, sewer
ervice laterals as needed, concrete driveway approaches and other
ppurtenant work for permanent street improvement of Jefferson Strec
lm Avenue to a point 214 feet plus or minus, north of the inter-
ection of Las Flores Drive; Grant Avenue, Jefferson Street to Hope
venue; Hope Avenue, Grand Avenue to Home Street; Home Street,
efferson Street to Village Homes Subdivision, Unit No. 1; Laguna
Irive, Jefferson Street to Village Homes Subdivision,Unit No. 1;
nowles Avenue, Buena Place, Buena Vista Way and Las Flores Drive at
.heir intersections with Jefferson Street; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
:arlsbad, that CJAYNE P. LILL, Engineer of the City of Carlsbad, be
ind he is hereby directed to prepare plans and specifications for
aid proposed work; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proceedings for such work shall
le taken in accordance with the provisions of the "Improvement Act
If 1911" under Resolution of Intention to be hereafter adopted.
