A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD GIVXNG NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION AND SETTING PROTEST HEARING REGARDING EAST CARLSBAD ANNEXATION NO. 2,6.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1, The City Council of the City of Carlsbad has received
a written petition requesting annexation to the City of Carlsbad
of certain propercy located in the County of San Diego, State of
California, more particularly described on Exhibit "Att attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.

2. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad will on
February 87- ", 1967, at 7:30 pow., at the City Council Chambers
at 2960 Pio Pic0 Drive, Carlsbad, California, hold a public
hearing to hear and consider the written pmtests against the
said proposed annexation made by any person owning real property
within the territory proposed to be annexed.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held January 3, , 196:7, by the
