MAKING FINDINGS AND OVERRULING PRO- (Assessment District No. 2 (Jefferson Street, et a1 WHEREAS, this City Council by its Resolut on No. 1348 adopted 3n the 20th day of December, 1966, declared its intention to order the construction of certain street improvements and appurtenances 9'~nd appurtenant work under the Improvement Act of 1911, Division 7 the Streets and Highways Code, and in said resolution fixed the 17th day of January, 1967, at the hour of 7:3O P.M., in the Council :hambers of this City Council, as the time and place for the hear- 14' l5 l9 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 l31png before this City Council, of protests and objections; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed in said Resolution No. 1348 a hearing was duly held by this City Council for hearing all written protests or objections; that the Clerk filed her certification with the City Council that no written protests had been fiJed; that the Clerk gave all persons present an opportunity to be heard in respect of any matter relating to the work proposed in said Resolution No. 348 or the boundaries of the assessment district described therein, 3r in any way related to the proceedings proposed by said Resolution 0. 1348; and \ WHEREAS, all persons desiring to appear and be heard have been heard, and this City Council has taken evidence relating to said proposed work, the boundaries of the proposed assessment district and the benefits to the property to be included in the proposed assessment district, and is fully informed in the premises; I 1: 1: 31 15 16 17 18 19 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 Section 2. The City Council finds and determines that no pro- tests or objections have been made. Section 3. That no changes are to be made in the boundaries of the proposed assessment district or in the work proposed to be done, and the boundaries of the assessment district are defined and established as the boundaries described in the resolution of inten- tion, to wit: Resolution No. 1348, and the work proposed to be donc is likewise defined and established as the work described in said Resolution No. 1348, and reference is hereby made to said Resolutior No. 1348 for a full and complete description of said work and of the assessment district and for furthe Section 4. That this resolution shall be entered upon the ninutes of this City Council. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on the 17th day of January, 1967, ly the following vote, to wit: AYES: Cmn.
