RESOLUTION NO. 1358.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR LIBRARY CONSTRUCTION GRANT BETHEEN THE STATE LIBRARIAN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.

1. The City of Carlsbad does hereby accept and approve the
provisions of that certain document entitled "AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
FOR LIBRARY CONSTRUCTION GRANT", made and entered into on the 5th
day of January, 1967, at Sacramento County, California, by and
between the STATE LIBRARIAN, OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, and the
CITY OF CARLSBAD.
2. That that certain Agreement for Library Construction
Grant, dated February 18, 1966, designated as Education No. 2974,
shall be amended in the follorr\ring particulars, but no others:
Article 16 appearing on page four (41, lines 28 and 29, shall be amended by deleting the date "February 28, 1967", and substituting the date "August 31, 1967", in place thereof.
3. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad, W. C. ATKINSON, JR.,
is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Amendment to
Agreement for Library Construction Grant on behalf of the City of
Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, at a regular meeting held January 17, 1966, by the
following vote, to wit:
