RESOLUTION NO. 1365
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, DIRECTING
NOTICE OF FILING OF ASSESSMENT AND
OF THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEAFUNG
THEREOF.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
follows:
That the City Clerk of said City be, and she is hereby authorized and 11

directed to give notice of the filing by the Engineer of Work of said City of his
Assessment No. 5-1964, Madison Street, et
penses of the work done upon those streets and properties in the City of Carlsbad
described in Section 1 of Resolution of Intention N
further directed to give notice of the time and place, to be fixed by the City
Clerk, when all persons interested in said work or assessment will be heard by
said Council, by posting, mailing and publishing such notice in the manner and
form required by law, requiring all persons interested therein and feeling
aggrieved thereby, to file in writing their appeals therefrom, prior to the day
fixed for said hearing.
