A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAKLSBAD FINDING AND DECLARING THAT MAJORITY PRO- TEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AND ELECTING TO PROCEED WITH ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIGNATED EAST CARLSBAD ANNEXATION NO, Zb6

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That it does hereby find and declare that all requirements
of law necessary to the adoption of this Resolution pursuant to
California Government Code Sections 35313.2 and 35313.5, have
been complied with,
2, That it does hereby find and declare that a majority pro-
test to the annexation to the City of Carlsbad of certain property
located in the County of San Diego, State of California, more
particularly described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein, which said property is designated
EAST CARLSBAD ANNEXATION NO. 2.6, has not been made or presented,

as proposed.
That it does hereby elect to proceed with said ANNEXATION
PRSSEU, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on February 7th
vote to wit:
