RESOLUTION NO. 1383
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, DETERMINING THE GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, did, upon
the 20th day of December, 1966, adopt plans and specifications for
the construction of certain street improvements, and appurtenances
and appurtenant work on Jefferson Street, et al, as described in
Resolution of Intention No. 1348; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has ascertained the general prevail-
ing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which said work is to
be performed and this City Council has ascertained the general pre-
vailing rate for legal holidays and overtime work in said locality
for each craft or type of workman needed to execute said contract;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council o the City of Carlsbad,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That the general prevailing rate of per diem wages
in the locality in which said work is
