A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SOUTH CARLSBAD STATE BEACH AGREEMEN CITY.

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad thai
t does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor to execute on behalf
f the City of Carlsbad that certain document entitled SOUTH CARLS-
AD STATE BEACH AGREEMENT dated September 1, 1965.
