mission of the City of Carlsbad adopted Resolution No. 489, which
denied the tentative subdivision map of PARK MANOR UNIT 'IB" SUB
VISION,,as submitted by Donald A. Briggs, et al, oNners, and
D. 8. Jr., Inc., subdivider; and
WHEREAS, on March 24, 1967, Donald A. Briggs, Jr., on behalf
of D. B. Jr., Inc. appealed to the City Council to review the actio
of the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, on the 4th day of April, 1967, the City Council
the City of Carlsbad considered said appeal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ETERMINED AND ORDERED, THA
upon considering the appeal of Donald Briggs, Jr. on behalf of
D. B. Jr. Inc., concerning the action of the Planning Commission
in denying the tentative subdivision map of Park Manor Unit 'IB",
the City Council considered all evidence presented and does hereby
affirm the action of the Planning Cornmission and does hereby deny
approval of said tentative subdivision map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the City Clerk trans
mit a duly certified copy of this resolution to the applicant at
the address shown on the application; that a copy hereof be mailed
to any other parties requesting notice of this action, and that a
copy be attached to the Planning Commission file and made a perma-
nent part thereof.
