A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEMER
MAP. NORK, AND APPROVING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
(Assessment District No. 1-1966) Garfield Street, Date Avenue, Olive Avenue and Sewer Easement.
WHEREAS, plans designated "Construction Plans of Sanitary
Sewer System in Garfield Street, Date Avenue, Olive Avenue and
Sewer Easement", Project No. 6-9, Drawing No. 149-5, consisting
of five (5) sheets numbered 1 through 5, and specifications
designated "Contract Documents and Specifications No. 1-1966",
providing for construction of certain sanitary sewer work in the
City of Carlsbad have been presented to this City Council and
proceedings for the improvement are to be taken under the Improve-
ment Act of 1911; and
WHEREAS, an assessment district map designated "Assessment
District 1-1966 Diagram", showing the boundaries of the territory
benefited by said proposed work and to be.assessed therefor,
has been presented to this Council and examined; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said work has been filed
with this City Council by the Engineer for said work;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That said plans and specifications are hereby
approved and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
Section 2. That said assessment district map is hereby

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of
2711 approved and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
