RESOLUTION NO. 1399
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, DETERMINING THE GENERAL PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES.
(Assessment District No. 1-1966) Garfi el d Street, Date Avenue , 01 i ve Avenue and Sewer Easement.
MHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, did, upon
the 18th day of April, 1967, adopt plans and specifications for the
construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenances and appurtenant
work in Garfield Street, Date Avenue, Olive Avenue and Sewer
Easement, as described in Resolution of Intention No. 1398; and
NHEREAS, this City Council has ascertained the general pre-
vailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which said work
is to be performed and this City Council has ascertained the genera
prevailing rate for legal holidays and overtime work in said
locality for each craft or type of workman needed to execute said
contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
Cal i forni a, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE , DETERMINE AND ORDER as foll ows :
Section 1. That the general prevailing rate of per diem
wages in the locality in which said work is to be performed for
each craft or type of workman needed to execute the contract for
said work is determined to b e as follows, to wit:
