RESOLUTION NO. 1403
RESOLUTION ORDERING OPINION OF HEALTH OFFICER SPREAD UPON THE MINUTES.
(Assessment District No. 1-1966) Date Ave., Olive Ave. and Por. of Garfield Street)
WHEREAS, J. B. ASKEW, M.D., Health fficer of the City of
Carlsbad, has certified to this Body th in his opinion the
installation of sanitary sewers in Date Avenue, Olive Avenue and
portion of Garfield Street within the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California, is necessary as a health measure,
and has recommended to this Body that assessment proceedings be
instituted for the installation of sanitary sewers in said area,
by letters to the City Council dated the 13th day of April, 1967.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE said letters of the
Health Officer of the City of Carlsbad
be spread upon the minutes of this Bod
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a r meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 2nd day of May, 1967,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES : Cmn. Northing, Neiswender Atkinson, Dunne and Jardin
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
