RESOLUTION NO. 7407
RESOLUTION OF TRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF STATE ALLOCATED (ENGINEERING) FUNDS
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Bpenditure of the Engineering Allocation under Section 2107,s of the Streets and Highways Code has been entered into by the City of
city, and the State Uepartmetit of' Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the department; and,
showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1967-68 -- fiscal year; and,
CARLSBAD., CALIFORNIA , hereinafter referred to as the
WHEREAS,. the city council has prepared 8 budget proposal
WHEREAS, the city council. has heard read said budget proposal and is familiar with the contents thereof;
of Carlsbad that said budget proposal dated
budget of proposed expenxturea of the State allocated funds for engineering to cities, said budget proposal to be and the same
directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, and said budget proposal to be submitted to the Department of Public Works, State of California, in accovdance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City
