RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A
BUDQET FOR EXPENDITURE OF F"DS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expen- diture of fund8 allocated fporn the State Highway Fund to Cities , herein- has been entered into by the City of after referred to as the City, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department; and,
w)IEREAS, the City Council has prepared a pdget Proposal showing estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1967-68 -- Fiscal Year; and,
Proposal and is familiar with the contents thereof;
City of Carlsbad that said Budget Proposal dated 19 u, be and Is hereby adopted as the budget of proposedexpenditures of the gas tax allocation to Cities, said Budget Proposal be and the same is hereby approved and the Citv Fn . eer is directed to sign the
same on behalf of said City, and said Budget Proposal to be submitted to the Department of Public Works, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.
