WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 9th day of May, 1967, recommended to the City Councs'l that the tenta- tive map of Helton Hinterland Subdivision be approved; and 9 Commission: Ii 7 NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 16th 8 I 15/su'pplied by the Carlsbad City Mater Department. Street paving in James Drive shall consist of a minimum of wo inches (2") of asphaltic concrete with stone chip seal coat laid pon (3 minimum of four inches (4") of decomposed granite base mater- a7 on approved subgrade. 1'7. Type "G" concrete curb and gutter shall be installed in all treets . 78. Sidewalks shall be five feet (5') in width and located con- iguous to the curb throughout the subdivision. 19. All required street name signs, barricades and safety devic hall be installed. 20. Surface drainage of storm waters in the cul-de-sac and lames Drive shall be satisfactory. 21. Four inch (4") diameter minimum sewer service laterals for each lot shall be constructed as required by the City. 23. Survey monuments and street trees shall be installed as requi red by City Standards. 24. Alignment, location and grade of all improvements shall be subject to approval of the City Engineer. Complete plans and spec- ifications shall be submitted as required for checking and approval before construction of any improvement is commenced. 25. The subdivider shall furnish the U. S. Post Office, Carls- bad,California with a copy of the final subdivision map. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to place a copy of this resolution in the usual course of mail, addressed to the subdivider at his address as shown on the tentat nap a PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City ve if Carlsbad at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th day of May, 1967, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Cmn.
