RESOLUTION NO. 1411
right of way, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this
reference incorporated herein, on behalf of the City of Carlsbad,
j ’ granting to the San Diego Gas and Electric Company the rights
mentioned in detail therein.

called the "Grantor'?, for and in consideration of the swn of One Dollar, and other
valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, doEhereby
grant to San Diego Gas Be Electric Companyp a corporation, its successors and
assigns, hereinafter called the "Grantee", aneasement and right of way inz uponl
overr under and across the lands hereinafter described to place, construct,
repairJ replace, maintain and use at any time or from time to time for the
transmission and distribution of electricity and for all purposes connected
therewith, underground facilities consisting of conduits, padsJ manholes, handholes
and junction boxes with wires and cables placed therein and all necessary
miscellaneous equipment and material connected therewithz together with the
right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom to and along said facilities, over
and across the Grantor*s land situated in the County of Sa Diem State
of Californial and more particularly described as followsg
Grantorl. ++a , successors in estate, shall not erect or construct,
or permit to be erected or constructed, any building or other structure, plant
any tree or trees, or drill any well or wells, within the limits of said
right of way,
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the
Grantor, -successors or assigns, shall not increase or decrease, the
ground sur€ace elevations within the above described easement and right of way
existing at the date of the execution of this instrument, without the
previous written consent of the Grantee.
