A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, FINDING A CERTAIN SERVICE STREET UNNECESSARY FOR PRESENT OR PROSPECTIVE PUBLIC
STREET PURPOSES; VACATING SUCH PORTION OF SAID SERVICE STREET; AND ORDERING CLERK TO RECORD A CERTIFIED COPY HEREOF
