A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ANNOUNCING FINDINGS AND QECISION REGARDING CHANGE OF ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN DESIGNATED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD FROM ZONE RAT TO ZONE R-1-'15,000.
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of June, 1967, the arlsbad City
anning Commission adopted Resolutions No. 505 and 506, which are
rewith referred to and made a part hereof; and 5
WHEREAS, on July 18, 1967, a duly advertised public hearing
s held as prescribed by law to consider the reclassification from
ne R-T (Residential Tourist) to Zone R-1-15,000 (Single Family
sidential) of property described as:
Lot 73 in Shelter Cove Subdivision, Map 5162, being Parcel 27, Book 207, Page 160, of th Assessor's Map of San Diego County, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, and State of California;
WHEREAS, the City Council received all recommendations and
n or opposed to the proposed change of eard all persons interested
one classification;
NOM, THEREFORE, the City Council the City of Carlsbad
OES HEREBY DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the
lanning Commission contained in Resolutions No. 505 and 506, con-
titute the findings of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND RESOLVED that the City Council
ertifies that the approval of the proposed change of Zone Classifi-
ations are necessary to carry out the general purpose of Ordinance

No. 9060 as amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby

declare its intention to adopt an ordinance to effectuate the
proposed change of zone classification.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED AND ORDERED that the City Attorney
is hereby instructed to prepare an ordinance amending Ordinance

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 18th day of July, 1967, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Cmn. Worthing, Neiswender, Atkinson and Dunne.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Cmn. Jardine.
