RESOLUTION N0.1421
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, The State of California, through its Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented an Agreement
entitled "Freeway Maintenance Agreement" which concerns State
Highway Route 78, within the limits of the City of Carlsbad and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement in
full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad that said Maintenance Agreement be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the
same on behalf of said Council.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held July 18 , 1967, by the following vote to wit:
Cmn. Worthing, Neiswender, Atkinson, and Dunne. AYES:
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Cmn. Jardine.
