A RESOLUTION OF TIE CITY THE CITY OF CARLSBAi) ALLOWIXG CERTAI , OVERRULING BALANCE OF OBJECTIONS, IF ANY, AND ORDERING STKEET SUPERINTENUENT TO AGATE NUISANCES BY SAVING WEEDS , RUB3ISH, EFUSE, AND DIRT REMOVED.
Be it resolved by tne City ncil of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. Upon hear g and considering a11 objections, to the
removal of weeds, rubbish, refuse, and dirt
upon or in froilt of certain property in the city of
Carlsbad, particularly designated in Council Resolution
No. 1425, tne City ncil of the City of Carlsbad does
hereby allow objec proposed removal of weeds,
rubbish, refuse, and d those lots designated by
the following numbers: 20, 32, 33, 36, 47, 48, 52, 74,
75, 73, 84, 88, 97, 100, 101 102, 104, 105, 106, 107,
108, 110, 112, 114, 115, llG, 30, 131, 135,
136, 139, and 142.
