RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
, APPROVING FREEWAY MAINTEXANCE AGREEMENT
CARLSBAD
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its
Department of' Publfc Works, Division of Highways, has pre-
sented an Agreement entitled "Freeway Maintenance Agreement"
which concerns State HSghway Route 5 , within the limits
of the City of CARLSBAD and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said
Agreement in full and is famlliar with the contents thereof;
THEIIEFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of CARLSBAD that said Maintenance Agreement
be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor
and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said Council.
