RESOLUTION NO, 1448
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING REPORT UNDER "SPECIAL ASSESS- MENT INVESTIGATION * LIMITATION AND MAJORITY PROTEST ACT OF 1931" AND FIXING A DATE OF HEARING THEREON, IN THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS (ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 3-1964) IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,

hereby resolve as follows:
