1. That the action of ommission in denying
a zero sideyard setback to EARCO, pursuant to their
application therefor, is
2,. The City Council is the opinion that said requested
variance should be denied for the following facts and
reasons: That in the past sideyard setbacks of less
than three feet which have been allowed have been
primarily for single fami
and not for the in requested; that the area
of the requested is a rapidly changing one and
it appears that it will become a multiple fami
residences or for duplexes
