A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD REGARDING TRANSACTIONS WITH STATE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS INVOLVIN
resolve as follows:
1,
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Carlsbad that certain GRANT DEED, a copy of
That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
