RESOLUTION NO 1486
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A PLAT SHOWING
THE GENERAL NATURE, LOCATION AND EXTENT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND
ACQUISITIONS IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 3-1964
(JAMES DRIVE, ET AL) I AND ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING
THE BOUNDARZES OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED FOR SAID IMPROVI3"TS AND ACQUISITIONS.
That the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That a plat Of ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO, 3-1964
(JAMES DRIVE, ET AL) showing the general nature, location and
extent of the proposed improvements and acquisitions designated
as "ASSESSMENT DISTRICT A,D, 3-1964 PLAT" is hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 2, That said plat shall be filed in the office of
the City Clerk,
SECTION 3. That a map showing the boundaries of the District
or lands to be specifically assessed to pay all of the costs of
the proposed improvements and acquisitions of ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 3-1964 (JAMES DRIVE, ET AL) designated as "PROPOSED BOUNDARIES
OF 3-1964 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT", submitted by the Engineer of Work,
be, and the same is hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 4, That said original map of said assessment district,
and one copy thereof, be filed in the office of the City Clerk and
a copy thereof in the office of the Superintendent of Streets.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk is directed to endorse on the
original and on at least one copy of the map of the assessment
district as herein referred to her certificate evidencing the date
and adoption of this Resolution, and she is further directed to
file the original of such in her office and within fifteen (15) days
after the adoption of the Resolution fixing the time and place of
the hearing on the formation or extent of said District, she is
further directed to file a copy of said map with her endorsement
thereon, with the County Recorder of San Diego County, California,
a11 in the manner and form provided for in Section 3111 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of February , 1968.
