RESOLUTION NO. 1530
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIGNATED "PACIFIC VISTA ESTATES ANNEXATION" TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve 7
as follows:
1. The Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of
San Diego did by its resolution passed May 7, 1968, in

approve the annexation of that certain real property
described on Exhibit By attached hereto, to the City of
Carl sbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held June 18 , 1968, by the following

regard to Local Agency Formation Commission Reference
No. CA68-12 approve the annexation to the City of
Carlsbad of certain uninhabited territory, designated
"Pacific Vista Estates Annexation", and particularly I described on Exhibit By attached hereto, and by this

reference incorporated herein.
By said resolution, said Local Agency Formation
Commission, pursuant to the provisions of Government
Code Section 54797.1, did approve and authorize the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad to annex said described
territory without notice and hearing by the City Council,
and without an election.
The application for annexation in this matter was signed
by all of the owners of said described real property.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
