A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COlJNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DECLkRI?G AS PUBLIC NUISANCES WEEDS
GROWING UPON PRIVATE PROPERTY AND RIJHBISH, REFUSE
AND DIRT ON PRIVATE PROPERTY IY THE CITY OF CARLSBAD. y*li
He it resolved by the City Council of the city of Carlsbad
~ollows:
1. That this resolution, and all action taken subsequent
hereto in connection herewith, is taken pursuant to
the provisions of California Government Code Sections
39560, et seq (Article 2. Alternate Procedures Under
Chapter 13. Weed and Rubbish Pbatenient)
2, b!ords used in this resolution and in subsequent action
in connection herewith shall be defined as outlined in
said code sections,
3. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad hereby declare
as public nuisances weeds growing upon private property
and rubbish, refuse, and dirt upon private property in
the City of Carlsbad,
4. The individual properties upon which said public
nuisances exist are described on Exhibit A, attached
hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein,
which said exhibit describes the property upon which or
in front of which the nuisance exists by giving its
commonly known street name and its lot and block number
according to the official assessment map.
5, The City Clerk is hereby directed to nail written
notices of the proposed abatement of said nuisances to
all persons owning property described in this
resolution.
PASSED, APPBOVED, AND ADOPTER at a regular neeting of the
