The rity Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. City Council Pesolution No, 1439, entitled "A RESOLUTION

is hereby amended as follows:
The individual items of total cost for each parcel as
shown on the Report of Cost of We d Abatement of the
Street Superintendent, attached to said Resolution
YO. 1439 are hereby amended by deleting therefror
Lots nupbered 19, 24, 39, 42, 48, 53, 59, 95, 111,
and 121;
40 to read "$8.25"; and by amending the total cost
for Lot No. 124 to read '
and by amending the total cost for Lot No.
2, The individual items of total cost for each parcel as
shown on said report, as modified, and as amended by this
