NHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on the 25th day of June, 1968, recommended to the City Council that the tentative map of CAMINO REAL INDUSTRIES b~ approved; and irlHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 16th day of July, 1968, considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City If Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said tenta- tive map of CAMINO REAL INDUSTRIES, subject to the following require, nents and conditions being performed by the Subdivider. 1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be ;upplied by the Carlsbad City Water Department. 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be ;ewered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer System. 3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench n any part of this subdivision. 4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the sub- livision so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water.
