A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
DISTRICT MAP. I SANITARY SEWER WORK, AND APPROVING ASSESSMENT
ments", Project No. 6-12, Drawing No. 149-8, consisting of twenty-
one (21) sheets numbered 1 through 21, and specifications designated
"Contract Documents and Specifications, Assessment District No. 2-
1966", providing for construction of certain sanitary sewer work in
the City of Carlsbad have been presented to this City Council and
proceedings for the improvement are to be taken under the Improve-
ment Act of 1911 ; and
WHEREAS, an assessment district map designated "Assessment
District 2-1966 Diagram", showing the boundaries of the territory
benefited by said proposed work and to be assessed therefore, has
been presented to this Council and examined; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said work has been filed with
this City Council by the Engineer for said work;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That said plans and specifications are hereby
approved and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
Section 2. That said assessment district map is hereby approved
and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, at a regular meeting heli on the 6th day of August,
