RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AFFIWlING DECISION OF PLANNING COl!Q'4ISSION FOLLOWING APPEAL

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council
of the City f Carlsbad, California, held December 17, 1968, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Neiswender
NOES: None.
and Castro.
