A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE MAP OF BRACK PARCEL MAP.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad
he 26th day of November, 1968, recommended to the City Council I
hat the tentative map of Brack Parcel Map be approved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the

7th day of January, considered the recommendation of the Planning
Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, that the City Co cil does hereby approve said
tentative map of Brack Parcel Map, subject to the following re-
quirements and conditions being performed by
1. The Record Map shall be Parcel Map and the development
shall follow subdivision procedures.
. A fee in lieu of park dedication shall be paid to the City
3. Sewer and water line charges shall be paid to the City.
4. Individual sewer and water connections shall be provided
for each parcel.
5. An agreement shall be ente by the developer for
future underground utility distribution facili es, within the
boundaries of the tentative map, and for namental street light.
6. Street trees shall be planted.
7. P.C.C. curb, gutter and sidewalk shall be installed.
8. Pavement to centerline of street shall be installed as
follows: 2" asphalt concrete on 6" decomposed granite on approved
subgrade.
9. Adequate drainage shall be provi d to prevent ponding
and/or storage of surface water. Parcels 2 and 3 shall be graded
to drain to street through driveways.

10. Plans and specifications for public improvements shall
to the City for approval before commencing construc-
ent, and grades of all improvements shall be subject
a1 of the City ineer. A11 imp ments shall meet
the requirements of the City standards and ordinances.
11. All parcels shall be monu ted by a licensed land
r registered civil engineer prior t final approval.
