KELLY. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the 28th day of January, 1969, recommended to City of Carlsbad on e city Council that the tentative map submitted by Carroll R. Kelly be approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 18th day of February, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the lsbad, that the City Council does hereby a tentative map submi 11 R.
