RESOLUTION NO. 1593
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, City of Carlsba
virtue of the laws of the State lifornia ( in called the
"Applicantt'), has heretofore submitted an application to the United
States of America, acting by and through the Secretary of Housing
and Urban Development (herei ailed the "Government"), for a grant
under Section 702 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1965,
for the purposes designated i the said application; and

ject to certain conditions and has submitted to the Applicant a
certain Grant Agreement dated as o November 1, 1968 (herein called
