A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE LSBAD, APPROVING THE TENTATIVE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on

located at the property lines between Lots 14 and 15.
10. One (1) standard six inch (6") fire hydrant shall be
located at the property lines between Lots 10 and 11.
11. A grading and drainage plan for the subdivision shall be
submitted for approval.
12. Complete plans and specifications for public improvements
shall be submitted for approval. All improvements shall comply wit
the standard plans and specifications of the City of Carlsbad.
13. The subdivision shall be developed as one unit.
