NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City 1x1 121 of Carlsbad, that the City Council d hereby approve said tentativ map of KNOB HILL, subject to the following requirements and condit- 241 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 from the Carlsbad City Water Department. 5. All buildings constructed in this subdivision are co to the Carlsbad Public Sewer System. 6. The sewer and water lines are not in any part of this subdivision. 7. Proper drainage is maintained throughout the subdivision so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water. 8. Complete plans and specifications for public improvements shall be submitted for approval. All improvements shall comply wit the standard plans and specifications of the City of Carlsbad. 13.
