A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, ACCEPTING BID FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY, ORDERING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED TO SAID REAL PROPERTY.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. The bid of John W. Meber , in the
amount of $ 350.00 for the purchase of the following property:

IS HEREBY ACCEPTED.
2. At such time as the successful bidder shall have deposited
with the City Treasurer of the City of Carlsbad the full cash sum
of said bid, the Mayor and the City Clerk of the Cjty of Carlsbad
are authorized and instructed to sign and execute a deed to the
