HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-07-01; City Council; Resolution 1633-1 I I .. j i ! !I I 31 I 5 61 7i 8 gi 10 I 111 I I I i e the 27th day of May, 1969, recommended to the City Council that the tentative map of El Camino Mesa Units No. 5 and 6 be approved; and WhEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 1st day of July, 1969, considered the recommendation of the Planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the C ty Council of the City of Carlsbad, that the City Council does hereby approve said RESOLUTION NO. 1633 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, APPROVING'THE TENTATIVE MAP OF EL CAMINO MESA UNITS NO. 5 AND 6 131 14' WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad on I 411 following requirements and conditions being performed by the Developer: I 17 18 19 I I approval by the City Engineer as part of the improve- ment plans. 3. Sewer and water lines constructed shall connect to 5. All utilities within the limits of the subdivision shall be placed underground. 6. A fee-in-lieu of park dedication shall be paid to the City. the City systems and each lot shall have an individual I I sewer and water service. Post Office, Carlsbad, California, with a copy of the final subdivi- sion map. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to place a copy of this resolution in the usual course of mail, addressed to the subdivider at his address as shown on the tentative map.
