A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ORDERING ACCUMULATION OF UNDERGROUND
UTILITY FUNDS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. That it is hereby ordered the accumulation of all
funds received or credited to the City for the purpose
of undergrounding of existing overhead utility facilities
until after receipt of funds to be received for the
calendar year 1970.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Council held August 19 , 1969, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Neiswender, Jardine and Castro.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman McComas.
