BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of
General Services of the State of California to purchas'e:
127 Tires of various sizes
for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad pursuant to Section 14814,
Government Code, and that William C. Baldwin, Purchasing Agent is
hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary

behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of October,
1969 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, Neiswender, Jardine and Castro
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman McComas
