A PRE-ANNEXATION CHANGE OF ZONE FROM COUNTY ZONING
TO C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL), ON THREE PARCELS OF 3i I LAND ON THE NORTHWEST, SOUTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST QUADRANTS OF INTERSTATE 5 AND POINSETTIA LANE
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of November, 1969, the Carlsbad City
Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 644, for a Change of Zone

located on the Northwest, Southwest, and Southeast Quadrants of
RESOLUTION NO. 1672
191 1 DOES HEREBY DECLARE FINDINGS AND RESOLVE that the findings of the I

201 Planning Commission contained in Resolution No. 644 constitute the
findings of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
certifies that the approval of the proposed pre-annexation change
2.211 of zone classification is necessary to carry out the general purpos
of Ordinance No.9060 as amended.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby
declare its intention to adopt an ordinance to effectuate the
proposed change of zone classification.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 16th day of December, 1969, by the
following vote, to wit:
