RESOLUTION NO, 1686
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF CARLSBAD DECLARING F F BONDS OF MUNICIPAL DISTRICT N OF CARLSBAD,
The City Council of the City of
as follows:
1. The Cit f Carlsbad issued Gener
a1 amount of Sixty thou
consisting of Bonds numbered 1 to 60, both inclusive,
of the denomination of One thousand dollars ($1,000.00)
each, all dated February 1, 1956, to mature in consec-
utive numerical order in the years 1957 through 1968,
both inclusive.
2, Said Bonds were designated BONDS OF MUNICIPAL SEWER
DISTRICT NO, 2 OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
3, All of said Bonds have been redeemed.
4. The County Assessors hereby requested to delete any
reference to said Bonds from further Tax Bills.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, held January 20 ,1970,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Neiswen
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
