RESOLUTION NO. 1688
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 441 '2 REGARDING THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT ACTION COMMISSION.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. Section 3 of City Council Ordinance No. 1412 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
SECTION 3: Organization.
"The Central Business District ACTION Commission shall
consist of eight (8) persons, plus the President of
the Chamber of Commerce."
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held February 3,
1970 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Neiswender, McComas, and Jardine.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Dunne and Castro.
