RESOLUTION NO. 1689 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE FREEWAY AGREEMENT. CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT- The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows: 1. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorizl and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Carlsbad that certain Freeway Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein PASSED,APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held February 3, 1970 by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Neiswender, McComas and Jardine. NOES: None. ABSENT: Councilmen Dunne and Castro.
