by proclaim the week of March 1 through 7, 1970 as "Early Childhood
Education Week," and urge the citizens of this community to partici-
pate by visiting schools for very young children, to gain further
knowledge of the important contribution they are making to our
societies.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council, held on the 17th day of February, 1970,
