UHEREAS, on the 10th dat of February, 1970, the Carlsbad City
Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 656, which is herewith
referred to and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Council has published notice that a
hearing would be held on March 17, 1970, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., at
which hearing the proposed amendment would be considered; and

WHEREAS, the City Council has received all recommendations and
heard all persons interested in or opposed to the proposed amendmen.:;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does
