RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
SERVICE AREA BOUNDARIES BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE LEUCADIA COUNTY MATER DISTRICT
OF CARLSBAD APPROVING THE ADJUSTMENTS OF'THE 3' I 41 I
WHEREAS the Leucadia County Water District has authorized
its consulting engineers to prepare the preliminary engineering
design for a sewer system to deliver all of the district's sewage
