RESOLUTION NO. 1716
Authorizing the Department of General Services of the State
of California to purchase certain items.
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of
General Services of the State of California to purchase six (6)
CHP Spec. Autos and one (1) Chevrolet Chevelle for and on behalf
of the City of Carlsbad pursuant to Section 1 14, Government Code,
and that William C. Baldwin, Purchasing Agent, is hereby authorized
and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of
Carl sbad.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of the resolution duly and regularly adopted by the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad at a meeting thereof held on the
21st day of April, 1970, and
