RESOLUTION NO. 1717
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
TION OF WATER LINES AND CASING PIPE UNDER INTERSTATE 5 TO KTM ROAD BORING.
OF CARLSBAD, AWARDING CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUC-
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
resolve as follows:
I. A contract for the construction of water lines and
casing pipe under Interstate 5 at Pine Avenue, and under the
A. T. & S. F. Railway right-of-way at Cannon Road, City Contract
No. 1001, is hereby awarded to KTM ROAD BORING, P. 0. Box 567,
Norwalk,California, in the amount of $8,972.00, which plans and
specifications are on file in the office of the City Engineer of
the City of Carlsbad.
11. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad
are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Carlsbad all necessary documents and contract for the
implementation of this resolution and the performance of this
work.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held April 21, 1970, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES:
NOES: None.
Mayor Dunne, Councilmen McComas, Meiswender, Jardin
and Castro.
ABSENT: None.
