San Diego Chapter of the International Conference of Building
Officials which are called for the pur se of reviewing building
e regulations and amendments thereto with San Dieso County
jurisdictions and to participate in the development of
uniformity in these regulations as practicable.
e City Council further di that its Building Department
Director bring to the attention this Body all amendments endorsf
by the San Diego Chapter of the Internat nal Conference of Build-
ing Officials with his recommendations r arding their ado2tion by
this legislative body,
IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all ordinances which are adopted
by this legislative body which affect building regulations and
which did not originate as a result of prior endorsement by the
San Diego Chapter of the International Conference of Building
Officials are directed to be forwarded to said Chapter for their
information and determination to whether they should be
r ccomraended for adoption by all toehr jurisdictions within San
Diego County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, held May 5, 1970 8 1970
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilman Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
