RESOLUTION NO. 1721
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION ON
BEHALF OF CITY OF A LICENSE WITH THE ATCHISON,
TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY REGARDING
CANNON ROAD GRADE CROSSING
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
and directed on behalf of the City to execute that
certain license with the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railway Company regarding proposed Cannon Road grade
crossing of the Santa Fe tracks at approximate mile
pos t 2 3 1+ 193 6.6.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held May 19, 1970,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dunne, McComas, Jardine, Castro and Lewis,
City of Carlsbad
